![]() ![]() It's jammed way over on the right, when everything else is on the left. The search bar location is not editable. Not all users are 20 years old who can see tiny buttons. Large 'legacy windows' type buttons are much easier to see and work with. They don't give users the ability to have LARGE buttons, with graphical images, which they can COLOR. The menu buttons at the top are WAAAAAY too small for hard of seeing users. The company is trying to market a product to everyone, yet making an inflexible GUI that only suits a small percentage of users. It's easy to give more numerous layout options now in software, so eM Client should do it. There's a reason MS users hate it every time MS jams a totally new GUI down users' throats. Lack of GUI options is a big issue in software. But a LOT more work needs to happen on users' ability to change the layout. This product is nearing being an excellent product. Good product, but they keep ignoring glaring feature deficiencies Bottom line, Customer support drags four star program to only two stars. ![]() Maybe eM Client takes care of businesses but this company doesn't provide nor care about regular customers. Response: terribly sorry about the large delay. Here's the replies I've had: I emailed on. There are plenty of people looking for work. Over a month to reply to a problem that caused my email not to receive is not what I call customer support.If the company has too many inquiries than hire more people. Both times I got a reply more than a month later after I took care of the problem. The first time the problem went away on it's own and the second time I downloaded another upgrade fix that seems to have taken care of the problem. Both times there was essentially no support. Both times I asked for tech support and sent information requested by a tech support person. Twice since the upgrade to version 8 I've had problems which in both cases stopped receiving mail in my primary account. ![]() ![]() It seems there are always some bugs during the new versions which wouldn't be so bad if there was even a semblance of customer support. Nice program when it works, tech support terrible. ![]()
